Cheryl of Black Eyed Suzie’s is from the Woodstock area, but travels all over the Hudson Valley with her catering company and traveling food stand. She manages the Rhinebeck Farmers’ Market and has owned and operated award-winning restaurants in NYC before coming upstate to enjoy the simpler life in the Hudson Valley. Black Eyed Suzie’s focuses on local, seasonal ingredients and the most consistent thing about their ever-changing menu is that everything is always scrumptious! Linda of Grounded on Broadway in Kingston bases her menus on the freshest, most-sustainable local organic and bio-dynamic ingredients. She caters everything from small meetings to huge corporate events and weddings, and has been featured on numerous wedding and event blogs.
