The Hudson Valley Hullabaloo Returns to Kingston November 21 & 22!

The region's favorite holiday market brings 70+ makers and vintage vendors back to Midtown

Holiday shopping gets a lot more fun & festive this November, when 70+ makers and vintage vendors set up inside the Andy Murphy Midtown Neighborhood Center for the Hudson Valley Hullabaloo. Doors open Saturday, November 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, November 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Since 2013, the Hullabaloo has been a chance to buy gifts straight from the people who made them (and hear how they were made!). More than 60 of this year's vendors are coming back, joined by a handful of first-timers

Shoppers who've been coming for years will find, among the many familiar faces, Shoshona Snow Ceramics and her graphic carved porcelain (full of animal friends!); Fruition Chocolate Works and all their goodies; and The Ardent Homesteader with their craveable Cara-Sel salted caramel sauce. Some of this year’s newcomers include Dichotomy Home, which builds one-of-a-kind charcuterie and cutting boards; Tende Beauty, a plant-based line from Beacon; and Salix Glass handcrafts stained glass birds, butterflies, and abstract pieces.

Between booths, there's plenty more to take in:

● DJ Mr. Chips on the decks all weekend

● Tintype portraits with Tom DeLooza Photography

● Pay-what-you-want portraits from Thorneater Comics

● A holiday card you print yourself (with purchase) on Quick Brown Fox Letterpress's tabletop press

● Permanent jewelry from KING + CURATED, applied on the spot

● Samosa Shack, Phoenicia Diner, and Hole in the Wall Donuts to keep everyone fed

Admission is $2 cash at the door; kids 12 and under are free. Dogs will need to sit this one out, since City of Kingston rules don't allow them in the building.

Browse the full 2026 vendor list at https://hvhullabaloo.com/. The Hullabaloo is made possible this year by Ulster County Tourism, Catskill Crew, and R&F Handmade Paints. Businesses interested in sponsoring can reach out to hvhullabaloo@gmail.com.

Parking is tight around the Midtown Neighborhood Center, so grab a friend and carpool, or bike or walk over if you're close by. Shoppers who like a little more room to browse tend to prefer the first hour of the day and the last two hours before close.

As always, follow along on Facebook and Instagram for vendor sneak peeks and more!

Navigating the Hullabaloo: A Quick Guide for a Smooth + Fun Shopping Day

Shopping any big market can feel overwhelming—you’ve got a few hours, a long list of gifts to find, tons of vendors to browse, and oh no… you got distracted by donuts. (Us too.) So here are a few helpful tips to make your Hullabaloo experience joyful, efficient, and delicious.

Timing Tips
If you’re not big on crowds or are immune compromised, the first hour and the last two hours of each day tend to be the quietest. And Sundays almost always see fewer attendees at markets in general, including ours. Plan to spend at least 2–3 hours shopping — more if you like to take your time, chat with makers, and soak it all in.

See Something You LOVE? Get It!
Many items are one-of-a-kind or made in small batches. If something calls your name, don’t wait — it may not be there the next time you pass by.

Parking Tips
Slower times also mean easier parking! Here’s where you can park:

  • A small lot at the venue

  • The municipal lot next to Monkey Joe’s (entrance behind the coffee shop; paid on Saturdays)

  • Street parking: Broadway is metered Saturdays + free Sundays; most side streets are unmetered—just watch for driveways

  • A municipal lot behind Eliza and Frank Guido’s—about a 5–10 minute walk

Prefer not to drive? There’s a City of Kingston bus stop right outside the venue.

A Quick Note on Sound
If you're sensitive to music, you may want to bring earplugs or headphones to soften the sound. We keep the volume comfortable, but the Hullabaloo is a party!

Entry Details
Don’t forget to bring cash for the entrance fee—$2 per adult, kids 12 and under are free. (There are no nearby ATMs.)

Snacks + Food
Market-day munchies are real, and we’ve got you covered. Hole in the Wall Donuts will be there with their addictive flavors, plus delicious food from Samosa Shack and Harana Market to keep you fueled while you shop. All of our food vendors offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free choices.

Save Time for Fun Extras
While you’re crossing names off your gift list, leave a little time for you, too:

  • Custom portrait illustrations by Thorneater Comics

  • Tintype portraits by photographer Tom DeLooza

  • Permanent jewelry pop-up

  • Letterpress printing with Quick Brown Fox Letterpress

Bring Your Joy & Holiday Spirit
